DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
RV SITES, TENTS, CAMPING CABINS & INN ROOMS
Reservations require a one night deposit (2 nights for holiday periods including US and Canadian holidays). You may cancel at any time 8 days or more prior to arrival (14 days for holiday/peak periods) and your deposit will be refunded less a $15 fee. If you cancel 7 days or less prior to arrival (14 days for holiday periods), you will forfeit your deposit. Special event periods such as Ironman weekend in July may have different policies and you will be advised of these at the time of booking. Only one RV or tent per site allowed (no tents allowed at cabin sites). Kitchen tents are allowed.
Reservations normally require a 3-night minimum stay, especially during peak periods and holiday times. Due to the popularity of our cottages, a 3-night non-refundable deposit is required. If you cancel at any time, you will forfeit your deposit.
We are sorry to advise that we cannot refund any money due to inclement weather, early departures, or cancellations due to family emergencies or other personal situations.
During the camping season (May-October), all check-ins and registrations, including rooms, take place at the General Store/Gift Shop, which is located in the A-frame building to the left of the miniature golf course. The address is 5648 NYS Route 86, Wilmington, NY 12997. During the off season (late fall, winter and early spring), all check-ins take place at the Inn’s lobby, located at 5636 NYS Route 86. Early check-ins and late check-outs will incur an additional fee, especially during peak times; however, if we can accommodate an advance request, we will do our best. An Adult 18 + years of age must register at time of check in.
We welcome well-behaved dogs at our campground at all RV and tent sites, and with limited restrictions in our camping cabins and certain rooms at the inn. No pets are allowed in the cottages and some inn rooms. Please check with us when making your reservation and please advise us if you are bringing a pet before you check in. Please note that due to our insurance carrier regulations, we do not allow Pit Bulls, Dobermans and Rottweilers, or mixes of these breeds.
Fees for pets:
Campsites: $2 per dog per stay (not per night). Maximum 2 dogs per site.
Camping Cabins: $10 per night. Only one dog per cabin allowed.
Deluxe & Standard Inn Rooms: $20 per night. Only one dog per room allowed. No dogs allowed in the Family Suite. Not all Deluxe and Standard Rooms can accept a dog, so please call and advise you are bringing a dog before you do so.
Cottages & Log Home: No dogs allowed
Guests are allowed visitors as long as the total number of people on the site does not exceed the allowable amount (6 people maximum on most sites). Special arrangements may be made if discussed in advance with the office. All visitors must register at the office before entering the park and pay the visitors fee at that time (pre-payment can also be arranged). A parking pass will be issued so that the guest can park in the visitors parking lot. If the visitor leaves within one hour, the fee will be refunded.
Check-in time for all visitors is no earlier than 10am. All day visitors must check out 9:30pm. All overnight visitors must check out by 11:00am. After 5pm, day visitors will be charged for 1/2 day. All visitors’ vehicles must be parked in the visitor parking lot. Visitors’ pets are not permitted in the park. Registered visitors are welcome to use all facilities and amenities at the park. Registered guests are responsible for their visitors. North Pole Resorts reserves the right to limit the number of people visiting a registered guest.
